My Story
Kana is a SaaS recruiter specializing in ad/martech, big data, and cyber. Her recruitment journey began in 2018 post-university, initially focusing on adtech/martech roles before transitioning to an in-house recruiter position at an adtech company. Kana also dabbled in Customer Success while working for a tech vendor.
What keeps her hooked on recruiting? It’s the daily interactions with a diverse range of individuals. “I love delving into people’s backgrounds and interests, connecting them with roles that can genuinely impact their lives for the better.”
Fun fact: “I went to school in Malaysia and university in the UK. Fostering a love for exploring new cultures and especially their cuisines. When I’m not tracking down talent, I’m out in nature—hiking, practicing yoga. I also enjoy going to the zoo, learning about animals’ unique traits, which is very fascinating to me.
