After completing her post-graduate degree in Lifesciences stream-Biotechnology – , Sonam entered the world of recruiting working for an RPO- ( Research process outsourcing) company. Learning more about the industry and elevating her practical skills brought her to Saachi. Having an education in science helps her understand pharma/healthcare roles. Sonam is a voracious reader, always researching, getting deeper to always have an upper hand in an ever changing landscape to help her scout and contact the right people for each role.
