My Story
Yoji is an Associate Consultant for Data Centers, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure within the Energy & Infrastructure team at Saachi Partners. He specializes in executive search across these sectors, supporting both technical and commercial roles, including business and project development, as well as ESG and sustainability.
He is driven by the opportunity to contribute to a pivotal moment in Japan’s energy transition, supporting the development of next-generation social infrastructure.
At his core, Yoji is guided by the philosophy of “trying to be the best version of yourself.” He continuously strives for self-improvement while placing strong emphasis on building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. He believes that sincere and consistent efforts at the forefront of transformation are essential to shaping a reliable and sustainable future.
Yoji’s global perspective was shaped during his university years in Malaysia, where he immersed himself in the local community and experienced diverse cultures firsthand. This experience instilled in him a strong appreciation for meaningful connections built through dialogue, which continues to define his professional approach.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his cats, staying active, and following European football.
